Taller de cocina china contemporánea con Cocina Lú

Proponemos un taller sabroso: prepararemos shaobing, unos panecillos de harina horneados y rellenos de panceta y vegetales encurtidos. La variedad que aprenderemos a cocinar es originaria de Jinyun, en la provincia china de Zhejiang, y se caracteriza por una técnica de horneado poco habitual: se cuecen pegados a las paredes de un horno cilíndrico de carbón.

El taller incluye todos los ingredientes necesarios, además de varios platos fríos y una bebida.

 

Objetivos

El objetivo de este taller es acercarse a una receta tradicional de la región de Jinyun, en la provincia china de Zhejiang. Los participantes aprenderán a preparar shaobing desde cero —amasado, relleno y horneado— y compartirán al final lo cocinado en un ambiente distendido.
