El arte del té chino: historia, ceremonia y degustación

Un recorrido por la historia y los rituales del té en China, desde su legendario origen hasta la ceremonia tradicional. La sumiller Gwen Chesnais nos introducirá en el cultivo, los utensilios y los modos de preparación, con una degustación final. Un encuentro para comprender por qué el té, más que una bebida, es una forma de atención y de cultura. Como se dice en China, 茶禪一味 – El té y el chan (zen) comparten un mismo sabor.

 

Objetivos

El taller tiene como objetivo conocer el origen y evolución del té en China, comprender su valor cultural, espiritual y estético, identificar los principales tipos de té y sus características, familiarizarse con los pasos y utensilios de la ceremonia del té y desarrollar una apreciación sensorial a través de una cata guiada.
