Taller de cocina china contemporánea con Cocina Lú

Este mayo, el Instituto Confucio de Madrid une fuerzas con uno de sus «Amigos del ICM», el restaurante Cocina Lú, para invitarte a un taller tan sorprendente como delicioso: una sesión práctica de cocina china contemporánea de la mano de su chef ejecutivo, Jimmy Jin, maestro en el arte de fusionar tradición y vanguardia. De la mano de Jimmy, aprenderás a preparar dos de las cocas chinas más emblemáticas del restaurante: la coca de mapo tofu y la coca de berenjena Yu-xiang.

¿Qué cocinaremos juntos?
Coca de mapo tofu: el alma de la cocina de Sichuan. Tofu suave y carne picada bañados en una salsa intensa de pasta de habas fermentadas y chile.
Coca de berenjena Yu-xiang: una receta tradicional, sabrosa y ligeramente dulce, con berenjena en salsa agridulce y un toque sutil de picante.

Objetivos

El taller tiene como objetivo acercar al público a la cocina contemporánea china, ampliando su visión sobre su diversidad y potencial. A través de una experiencia práctica, los participantes aprenderán a preparar dos auténticas cocas de la región de Sichuan, mientras comparten una experiencia gastronómica de aprendizaje y disfrute.
